Along with offering flexible and convenient learning experiences, they wanted to address the problem of young children getting access to parents' credit cards or other financial information on an eLearning platform, leading to unsupervised transactions by the children.
To address this growing issue, they wanted to build a platform offering credit packages, preventing children from making unauthorized purchases, and helping parents navigate this situation effectively. Moreover, the client aimed to provide employment opportunities to University students by enabling them to teach on their platform.

Other than regular scheduling, and booking of the session, Yo!Coach helped Sophos Education in offering express booking to students, enabling them to book teacher immediately (Now option) or in 24 hours (Later option). This option enables Sophos Education to cater to individuals seeking homework assistance immediately.
Teacher Approval
With this functionality, admin enables the teachers to approve session requests sent by learners providing tutors an edge on the platform. By leveraging the learners request module, tutors can easily manage session request. The session booking is confirmed only after the teacher approves the request.
Automatic Weekly Payout
With this customized capability, the admin could streamline the teacher payout process. Teachers get automatically paid every Friday through the Stripe payout feature.
Advanced Search Filters
By leveraging the advanced search filter feature, Sophos Education is enabling learners to search through hundreds of expert tutors conveniently. They can choose among the tutors by using different filter criteria such as the tutor's language, gender, exam level, subject expertise, and more.
