With multi-level subject categories, the admin can create multiple subject categories to effectively manage the subjects/ languages/ services on the platform. This streamlines learner’s experience and provides them the flexibility while choosing specific subjects according to their needs.
For example, the primary subject category, ‘ Mathematics’, may have sub-categories like Calculus, Geometry, and more.
Order Detail Download/Print Feature
Transparency and convenience are essential for the users on any platform. By leveraging this new feature offered by Yo!Coach, users, and the admin can download or print order receipts directly from the order section under their dedicated dashboards.
Abusive Word Handling
It is very important to provide a secure, and respectful learning environment to users. This new feature will help in protecting your platform from abusive comments by creating a directory of restricted words. With this functionality, abusive words will be detected and restricted automatically in the group chat, reviews, forum comments, and one-on-one messages.
Subscription Module
Now offering and creating subscription packages have become easier. By utilizing the subscription module, the admin can create subscription packages for learners. Learners have the option to either purchase these packages or proceed with the standard checkout process. The admin can activate or deactivate this feature based on their business needs.
Quiz Module

Payment Gateway Integration
Understanding the importance of global reach and ensuring seamless payment processing across geographies, we have integrated two popular payment gateways M-Pesa, and Payfast.
M-Pesa: Considering the popularity of this payment gateway in the African region, we have pre-integrated it into the system. With this payment gateway, users can easily make payments through the M-Pesa mobile payment service.
Payfast: To ensure smooth and secure transactions for businesses we have pre-integrated this comprehensive payment processing API. Payfast is hugely popular for simplifying the complexities of online payments and caters to diverse payment needs.
12/24 Hour Time Format Changes
By leveraging this functionality users can choose between a 12-hour or 24-hour time format. This feature helps reduce geographical barriers providing convenience to users, and eliminating any confusion related to time while attending and booking sessions.
MUX Integration

Group Class/Package Manageability
Managing group classes and packages has become more easy with Yo!Coach’s code level group class/package manageability setting. Admin can now manage this aspect seamlessly and disable or enable group classes on the platform based on their business requirements.
This functionality can be disabled during the initial setup and re-enabled later. However, if it is enabled once, it cannot be disabled again as it involves a few statistical data complexities.

Proficiency Levels
The admin can now manage the spoken language proficiency levels on the platform under the preferences setting, initially, it was only managed at the code level.
Teacher Registration Form Updates
A few fields in the teacher registration related to the end year in the experience tab are updated.
Auto-Cancellation Settings
With this feature enhancement, the pending order management process is streamlined for admins. They can set the auto-cancellation duration for orders with pending payments from users.
Preview Option in Certificates Listing
This enhancement has been added to enhance the user experience. Now, we have provided a preview option for the admin to effectively handle certificates. This functionality can be accessed under the certificate management section in the admin dashboard.
Minimum Wallet Recharge Setting
The minimum wallet recharge limit can now be managed by the platform admin through the admin setting module.
Retain Unread Notifications
With this enhancement, it can be ensured that the unread messages and notifications remain unread when the admin accesses users’ profiles through the admin dashboard.
Search Filters – User Dashboard
A search filter for payment methods has been added on the My Orders page under the user’s dashboard. This enhancement will provide more convenience to users while making payments.
Dropzone Integration
File uploading made easy with this enhanced file upload functionality. Dropzone.js integration enables large file uploads by breaking them into small manageable chunks, and reducing the server timeouts.
Use Case: This integration resolves the issue of server timeouts with large file uploads (500+ MB), providing a more stable experience.
reCAPTCHA on Sign-up
To enhance the security even more and prevent automated bot registrations we have added reCAPTCHA to the signup form.
UI Enhancements
- For clearer differentiation, the online/offline session flag colors have been modified in the calendar.
- The formatting and content of several existing emails are updated.
Group Chat Update:
To enhance the usability and to provide better context while conversing within the group chat, the sender’s name is now displayed prominently in the group chat.
Confirmation for Status Updates- Admin Dashboard
To add an extra layer of assurance, and reduce the likelihood of errors during status updates, a confirmation prompt is now displayed before updating the user statuses.
Twitter-Related Updates
To reflect the latest branding and API changes, twitter-related names and URLs are updated across the platform.
Statistics Updates-Admin Dashboard
To provide convenience to admins while managing the statistics, a hover functionality has been added to the admin stats on the admin dashboard. Admins can now effectively view detailed statistics including the exact values by hovering over the bars in the graph.
Export File Updates
To simplify the calculations in the spreadsheets the currency sign is removed from the list in exported files.
Sub-Admin Module Updates
A few enhancements have been made to the sub-admin module. Adjusted the permission hierarchy for the Manage Permission Module Feature.
Specifications:
- Now, super admin can assign the Manage Permission Module Permissions to any sub-admin.
- Sub-admins cannot assign the manage permission module permission to other sub-admins, whether they were added by them or not.
