How did JuicesTutors come into the picture? What was the need for this business model?
I was teaching myself video game development, primarily through Udemy and Youtube. Didn’t feel like I was learning anything if I was not following along. During that time I was also learning German with a tutor on a popular language-learning platform. I wondered how great it would be if I could get a personal game development tutor.
Hence, I decided to provide a database of creative professionals, who are willing and able to teach online. And, for serious students to be able to find a personal tutor in a few clicks. So I decided to enlist FATbit Technologies to build the online tutoring solution as other options available were not economical.
Identifying the industry demands, how have you been able to achieve the vision you set forth as you forayed ahead in this journey? Did the steps you take help you towards your goal?
As I take tentative steps forward (with FATbit’s assistance), I am further than what I would have expected if I had not found them. With their readymade solution Yo!Coach, I am able to explore my vision confidently. I am very happy with it as Yo!Coach is not just a solution but a complete ecosystem.
Where do you see yourself with this venture in the post-pandemic times – say 2 – 5 years down the line?
I see JuicesTutors as the industry leader in creative digital private tutoring. The platform to be the central hub around other value-added services.
How has your journey with FATbit been?
My working with FATbit from the beginning to the end has been extremely professional. I have never met a company that valued its clients as much as FATbit Technologies. Your advice to other entrepreneurs who are venturing into such a business?
Before entrepreneurs set out, I would like to say to them that it is important to have a vision and to keep it clear at all times. Once you have thoroughly researched and are sure that your idea is rock-solid, fully commit to it. Additionally, have a financial plan. Your funds should be in place to manage day-to-day and unexpected expenses. This is one of the keys to business success. Finally, hire a website development company that understands your vision and goals, and provides affordable services.
